Job Description:

We are hiring a Master Chef with proven expertise in authentic South Indian breakfast & Lunch cuisine . Preference will be given to chefs with experience working in Rameshwaram or any well-known South Indian tiffin/breakfast outlets.

If you can master the art of Idli, Dosa, Medu Vada, Pongal, Upma, and Sambar, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast items with traditional taste and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and service, especially during peak hours.
• Manage ingredients, raw materials, and daily stock.
• Innovate and suggest breakfast combos or specials.
• Maintain consistency in taste and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Rameshwaram or any reputed South Indian breakfast/tiffin outlet (mandatory preference).
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in preparing South Indian dishes.
• Deep knowledge of spices, batter fermentation, and traditional methods.
• Ability to handle rush hours and bulk orders.
• Honest, punctual, and passionate about South Indian cuisine.
