  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a chef, with at least 2–3 years in a Head Chef or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in seafood preparation and South Indian cuisine.
  • Specialize in preparing authentic South Indian and seafood-based dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
  • Proven ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control techniques.
