Job Description

  • Responsible for overall kitchen operations, food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
  • Must have proven experience in managing a central kitchen, handling large-scale food production and distribution.
  • Leads and supervises the culinary team, ensuring proper training, delegation, and performance management.
  • Designs innovative menus, maintains recipe standardization, and ensures cost-effective kitchen practices.
  • Coordinates closely with procurement and inventory teams to maintain kitchen stock and control wastage.
  • Maintains compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Oversees kitchen equipment maintenance and ensures proper functioning at all times.
  • Works collaboratively with management on menu planning, pricing, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Must possess strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Should be adaptable, quality-focused, and capable of handling high-pressure kitchen environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
