Job title: Head chef-North Indian Cuisine Prepare authentic North Indian dishes (curries, tandoor, breads, etc.) Manage daily kitchen operations and junior staff Maintain taste, quality, and hygiene standards Plan menu, control portioning, and manage food cost Handle inventory, stock, and ordering of ingredients Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours --- Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a North Indian Chef / Head Chef Strong knowledge of North Indian recipes, spices, and cooking styles Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff Ability to maintain hygiene & safety standards Preferred: Candidates with experience in restaurants or cafes --- Benefits Free meals during duty hours Weekly off Accommodation support (if required)
