Head - Channel Manager

As the Head - Channel Manager at Klber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd., reporting directly to the CEO, your role is crucial in developing and establishing the Distributor Value Proposition and ensuring Indirect Channel Excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Gaining mind share of Channel partners - Creating a 2-way communication tool/platform with Channel Partners (CP) - Developing training programs for Value Selling through Channel Partners - Implementing Channel Policy to bring in structure and transparency - Planning growth initiatives in the Channel Network - Managing price formation within the set framework - Ensuring efficient communication of price increase initiatives to CPs - Developing an ethical policy in line with the organization's principles - Communicating the importance of fund flow management to CPs - Motivating CPs to appoint Quality Manpower to increase productivity - Implementing territorial integrity and discipline among CPs - Mapping Business Potential of existing and new locations - Implementing Klueber channel strategy by recruiting and terminating channels - Organizing CP DSR; Technical Training and Value Selling Training - Coordinating customer processes and projects across regions - Proactively acquiring orders and marketing products based on value selling principles - Contributing to sales planning and quantity forecast - Conducting ongoing market observation for competitor products Qualifications: - BE graduate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering - 12-15 years of experience in sales & channel management in the chemical industry You will be part of a global leader in specialty lubrication, Klber Lubrication, which is known for driving innovation, sustainability, and lasting impact beyond lubrication.
