Process Engineer/ Senior Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer at Klber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation in the production process. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Writing recipes in Siemens Simatic Process Control Systems. - Creating and updating work instructions for production as needed. - Developing SOPs for processes and machines, ensuring they are discussed, agreed upon, and properly trained. - Building good relationships with workers/operators and understanding their needs. - Supporting R&D in developing production processes for new products and conducting pilot batches. - Monitoring production documents for deviations and initiating corrective and preventive measures. - Ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and related documents. - Identifying areas for quality improvement, safety measures, and environmental protection. - Analyzing deviations and reporting appropriately, implementing corrective actions. - Participating in the development of production resources such as manpower and machinery. - Following advice and taking up additional projects from the head of production. Qualifications required for this role include: - A degree in Chemical Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in a Multinational MNC. - Knowledge of production processes in general. - Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting. - Good understanding of lubricant chemistry. - Proficiency in SAP production module and Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with recipe writing in Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
