Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Head Cashier based in Hyderabad. The Head Cashier will oversee daily cash management processes, handle customer transactions, ensure smooth billing operations, and monitor cashier activities. Key responsibilities will also include addressing customer inquiries at the point of sale, reconciling receipts, and implementing cash handling policies to maintain accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cashiering operations, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and train a team effectively, ensuring smooth cash management operations
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage busy retail environments
• Experience in retail or a similar role, preferably in a supervisory position
• Proficiency in basic accounting and reconciliation processes
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
