About Bennett Finishing School

Bennett Finishing School (BFS) is an industry-aligned initiative of Bennett University, designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world professional skills. BFS grooms students in multi-dimensional areas including power skills, technical skills, life skills, career coaching, skill assessment, and overseas education support to ensure a smooth transition from campus to corporate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Provide vision, direction, and strategic oversight for BFS to align with the University’s mission of holistic student development.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance students’ career readiness and employability.
  • Program Development & Delivery

  • Curate, plan, and execute semester-wise interventions in power skills, technical domain skills, and life skills.
  • Develop industry-endorsed training modules covering professionalism, adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration, workplace awareness, digital literacy, and communication.
  • Organize domain-specific technical workshops, digital literacy sessions, and life skills programs.
  • Career Coaching & Industry Engagement

  • Facilitate career coaching sessions, industry insight seminars, and alumni mentoring programs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders, training organizations, and assessment partners.
  • Organize networking workshops, interview training, and corporate mentoring initiatives.
  • Skill Assessment & Benchmarking

  • Oversee continuous skill assessments, aptitude tests, and personality evaluations.
  • Track student progress, identify skill gaps, and design improvement plans.
  • Overseas Education Support

  • Guide students in competitive exam preparation (GRE, GMAT, CAT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.).
  • Provide one-on-one counselling, admission strategy support, and documentation review for overseas education aspirants.
  • Team Leadership & Administration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage BFS faculty, trainers, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure program quality, timely delivery, and achievement of student outcome targets.
  • Manage BFS budget, resources, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Management, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in corporate training, career services, skill development, or higher education leadership.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering employability programs.
  • Strong industry network and experience in corporate-academia collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
