Head Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage recipes with consistency and quality.
• Lead, train, and supervise baristas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, equipment handling, and latte art.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest preferences and feedback.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies; place orders when needed.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and in proper working condition.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices at the bar counter.
• Develop seasonal/innovative beverage recipes in line with brand standards.
• Handle cash/ billing at the counter when required.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate work shifts for the barista team.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support business goals and promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
