Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Head of MRO Maintenance Planning. The Head of MRO Maintenance Planning will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance planning, including preventive maintenance and repair activities. The role involves developing and implementing effective maintenance management strategies, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional tasks include conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance schedules, and leading a team of maintenance professionals to maintain high operational efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance activities
• Strong skills in Team Management
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant certifications in aviation maintenance or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field
