Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations while driving business growth in mainline and digital advertising.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, film production houses, and publishers.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead business development initiatives, negotiations, and team management.
• Develop pitch presentations, estimates, and reports for clients.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably handling both mainline and digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution.
• Proven experience in business development, team leadership, and negotiations.
• Ability to develop high-impact presentations, estimates, and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, teams, and industry partners.
