Job Description

Oversee end-to-end delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, management reporting, tax compliance, and payroll outsourcing services for UK clients.

Implement process excellence, automation, and best practices in outsourcing operations.

Act as the senior point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions with UK clients.

Build strong client relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high client satisfaction.

Work closely with UK counterparts on transitions, reporting, and compliance updates.

Lead and develop a team of accountants, payroll specialists, and support staff

Ensure strict compliance with UK accounting and payroll laws Maintain strong controls for confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and risk management.

Coordinate with auditors and UK-based compliance teams.

Oversee usage of UK accounting and payroll platforms (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, BrightPay, IRIS, etc.).

Drive digital transformation, automation, and workflow management for scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourcing operations.

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably handling UK clients.

• Knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS, VAT, PAYE, CIS, pensions, and HMRC compliance.

• Experience in managing service delivery for UK clients in an outsourcing/shared services model.
