Job Description:
- Aligning quality processes in Cygni’s Lithium batteries towards automotive standards (eg. IATF16949, APQP)
- Performing regular internal audits within Manufacturing, Sales, R&D and Management, and ensuring adherence to quality processes across all departments
- Driving resolution of non-conformities and CAPAs
- Leading monthly QA meetings. Training management of personnel. Maintaining Quality KPIs
- Acting as the main point of contact on all quality matters, internally and externally
- Continually developing and maintaining the company’s QMS system to support rapid growth
- Collaborates with management and senior staff across production departments to draft acceptable quality standards.
- Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
- Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
- Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.
Education & Experience:

You have B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths (M Tech would be even better!)
- Minimum Eight to 10 years of related experience required with at least five years as a quality manager or similar role highly preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in both QA and production/R&D within the electronics or automotive industry

Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, can-do approach to quality

Strong project management skills and ambitions to shape the company culture across departments

Experience with both small and large companies will be an advantage, as Cygni is in transition from a start-up company to being a part of a large company
