HCM Workday Developer

Job Title: HCM Workday Developer (5+ years)

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.

• Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data. • Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.

• Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities.

• Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience with Workday, including a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
