Work on SAP HCM India Payroll configurations, including wage types, PCRs, schemas, and statutory compliance.

About the Role

Participate in two full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support sub-modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF, etc.) and ensure compliance with Indian payroll laws.
• Support integration with FI/CO and other SAP modules.
• Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance) and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate with business users to resolve issues and provide end-user training.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant SAP HCM experience with 2 end-to-end India Payroll implementations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Indian Payroll statutory requirements and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience in PCR, schema configuration, wage type creation, and payroll run.
• Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, Time Management).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
