Requirements

Education: B-Tech / M-Tech in Food TechnologyExperience: 15-20 years in Ice-cream/Dairy/Frozen Food manufacturing

Responsibilities

Oversee Operations & Quality AssuranceProduction planning, mass balance, losses control, and yield improvementDecision-making in critical situations

Leadership Attributes

Industry-standard equipment familiarityExpertise in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processesStrong analytical skillsTeam management, effective communication, and data analysis for productivity and yield improvementShop floor management experience
