Hardware Support Engineer
stellst du sicher, dass Feldger te (z. B. Smart Meter) korrekt funktionieren und beim Kunden in Betrieb genommen werden. Die Ger te sind essenziell f r Anwendungen wie Smart Metering, Netzstabilisierung und E-Mobilit t insbesondere im Kontext der Energiewende mit wachsendem Anteil erneuerbarer Energien, W rmepumpen und Ladeinfrastruktur. Du unterst tzt die Integration in bestehende Systeme, analysierst St rungen und treibst die technische Weiterentwicklung mit voran.
Dein technischer Verantwortungsbereich So sieht Deine Woche bei uns aus:
- Du f hrst Root Cause Analysen (St rungsanalysen) an Smart-Meter Z hlern durch und leitest technische Korrekturmassnahmen ein (inkl. Firmware-Updates, Parametrierung und Austausch).
- Du unterst tzt bei der Fernparametrierung und Firmware-Rollouts in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang des Produktlebenszyklus und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemintegrationen ein (z. B. Repair Flow, Konfigurationsmanagement).
- Du planst und f hrst technische Schulungen f r Kunden (z. B. Clean-Up, Kommunikationsoptimierung, Performance Tuning) sowie interne Trainings f r Sales und Service-Teams durch.
- Du bernimmst Verantwortung im After Sales Prozess (inkl. Ticketbearbeitung, Koordination mit Reparaturdienstleistern, CRM/SAP-Dokumentation).
- Du repr sentierst unser Unternehmen als technischer Fachexperte bei Kundenprojekten , Serviceeins tzen und Kunden-Events.
Das bringst Du mit, um mit uns Erfolg zu haben:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Dipl. Elektrotechniker/in, Elektronik-Ingenieur/in HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich Energy / Communication / Smart Metering.
- Mehrj hrige Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung technischer Feldger te (z. B. Stromz hler, Kommunikationsmodule) sowie fundiertes Know-how in der Fehlerdiagnose (Analyse von Logs, Trace Files, Performancekennzahlen).
- Gute Kenntnisse in Kommunikationstechnologien wie LTE, GPRS, PLC, IPv4/v6 sowie in Z hler- oder IoT-Protokollen (z. B. DLMS, SML, COSEM).
- Erfahrung mit Technischen Support Tools wie ServiceNow, SAP, Testplattformen oder Remote Device Management-Systemen.
- Strukturierte, methodische Arbeitsweise z. B. in der Erstellung von Testf llen, Fehlerdokumentationen oder Root Cause Analysen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Franz sisch von Vorteil.
- Du bist l sungsorientiert und bringst Begeisterung f r smarte Energiesysteme mit.
