Multilayer Board Design covering requirements to field support
Hands on experience on Component Selection, Design Analysis & Schematics Entry, PCB layout
Hands on experience on Industry level protocols such as SPI I2C UART USB BLE, Ethernet, RS-485
Design Analysis & Testing– Power, Functional, Timing, Signal Integrity & Thermal.
Detailed Thermal & PCB Layout analysis, support & review.
Good Knowledge of High-Speed Board Design & Layout Guidelines.
Worked on Documentation like design proposal, Design Document creation & Test reports etc
Board Bring-up, Design Verification and System level Integration Testing.
EMI/EMC: RE, CE, RS, CS, ESD, EFT, SURGE testing and problem solving
Should have deep knowledge of medical domain, standards and regulations
Good understanding of DC to DC (BUCK, BOOST, LDO Etc) Power supply design. Designed Buck , Boost converter for some of the projects
Hardware System Integration, BOM generation, debug and resolving capabilities to optimize and bring
effective design.
Good knowledge on product certification such as CE, UL, ESS, Environmental and EMI/EMC tests as per Standards.
