1. Abide by Ethics, Internal Controls and safety policies as per company standards.
2. Understanding & preparation / knowledge of Bill of Material (BOM) and concept or Plane view drawings as per the customer requirements.
3. Support Pre-sales (deviation approvals) : major projects both elevator & escalator.
4. Major project management - Enquiry level to booking stage.
5. Engagement with project team (tender compliances, pre-bidding queries, project costing etc)
6. Project scope, goals & deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Review project tender documents (Elevator & Escalator) with co-ordination from Engineering, sales, supply chain & highlight risks / challenges & mitigation strategies / solutions.
8. Engage in product costing with specifications suitable for meeting tender requirements.
9. Finalize and submit pre-bid documentation to project team based on tender demand.
10. Track progress against the plan, identify & mitigate the risks & handle changes during project implementation.
11. Act as primary point of contact between the sales and internal stakeholders.
12. Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards and conduct project reviews.
13. Provide and suggest value engineering or alternative solutions to win the projects.
14. Knowledge of codes and standards of Elevator & Escalator such as IS17900, IS4665, IS15330, NBC, EN81, EN115 etc.
15. Co-ordinate with stakeholders internally for technical feasibility & commercials.
16. Co-ordinate with Internal departments (Engineering, supply chain & Quality etc) for technical support & logistics.
