Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Server Engineer based in Goregaon. The Hardware Server Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing server hardware and associated IT infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include performing hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting; maintaining the health of servers, storage, and networking devices; ensuring system performance and security; and collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues promptly. Additionally, the engineer will maintain detailed records of system maintenance and reconditioning processes, work closely with the technical and support teams, and adhere to company standards for quality and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of hardware server maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience with storage and networking equipment maintenance
• Proficiency in vendor-neutral IT support and managing hardware from multiple OEMs
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including data centers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Previous experience in IT maintenance or as a hardware engineer is preferred
• Good communication skills and an ability to deliver customer-focused solutions
