Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks for performance and connectivity.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and preventive maintenance.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system permissions.
Ensure network security and implement antivirus and data protection measures.
Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, licenses, and accessories.
Provide technical support to employees both on-site and remotely.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and service support.
Keep documentation updated for all hardware, network configurations, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,848.05 - ₹35,000.00 per month
