Hardware & Network Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT hardware.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and component replacements.
• Conduct routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Manage asset inventory and documentation of hardware devices.

Network Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi problems, and connectivity failures.
• Implement network security best practices, including VLANs, ACLs, and firewall rules.

Technical Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, network, and system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve user incidents through remote or onsite support.
• Document support requests, solutions, and follow-ups using ticketing systems.

Systems & Security

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Windows/Linux servers and active directories.
• Monitor and apply system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Ensure data backup systems are operational and resolve backup failures.
• Support antivirus, endpoint security, and network monitoring tools.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed network diagrams, IT documentation, and configuration records.
• Report system performance metrics, incidents, and improvement recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
