As a Hardware Industrialization Engineer at CAF Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocariles, your main function will be to carry out the tasks of project/product development entrusted to you. This includes participation in defining the requirements of the traction and/or energy storage system, developing specific software, validating in track environments, and providing subsequent monitoring, incident resolution, and maintenance until the warranty passage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Development, validation, and maintenance of electronics test environments and applications. - Definition and development of serial test protocols. - Definition of manufacturability requirements and production processes for items, boards, and subassemblies in new developments. - Audit of production processes by product in new product. - Providing support to projects and after-sales activities. - Creation and review of manufacturing documentation. - Managing release of manufacturing documentation to EMS. - Participating in improvement initiatives/investments for company management plan. - Participation in supplier-product supplier approval projects. - Auditing production processes in new EMS implementation. - Ensuring manufacturing of electronic products. - Leading/Participating in EMS improvement groups. - Supporting with deliveries and suppliers and problem-solving. - Diagnosing product or manufacturing problems. **Qualifications Required:** - Academic Qualification in Industrial Electronics Automation Engineering. - At least 2 years of professional experience. - Advanced English language proficiency. Knowledge of Spanish will be viewed positively. - Knowledge of HW industrial design of control electronic equipment aimed at industry or the railway and/or automotive sectors. - Availability to travel.
