Ø Oversee the planning, management, and execution of tasks according to project timelines and quality standards. Ø Manage technical service calls from the After Sales team for CAF P&A projects in India. Ø Act as the primary technical contact for local customer service issues. Ø Collaborate with CAF P&A's India & Spain teams across projects. Ø Coordinate with the Field Service team, After Sales Managers, and team members. Ø Work with the Service Manager to define procedures and tools for use in Indian projects. Ø Act as the accountable contact person for CAF P&A partners and end customers related to technical service support and issue resolution. Ø Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and adherence to quality norms. Ø Generate detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D reports. Ø Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ø Support warranty analysis and technical investigations of recurring failures in traction systems or electronic components. Ø Prepare and present reliability reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management. Qualifications / Candidate Requirements/ Experience / Skills. Ø Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field. Ø Minimum 7+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, and service management roles, ideally in the railway industry. Ø Minimum 3–4 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in railway electrical locomotives, EMUs, or Metro systems. Ø Strong knowledge of railway traction systems, control systems, software configuration, and testing. Ø Proficiency in software configuration management. Ø Good understanding of electrical diagrams, validation, and testing procedures. Ø Proven experience in handling all responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer in railway projects. Ø Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, commitment, result orientation, and customer focus. Ø Self‐motivated professionals with excellent presentation, communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills. Ø Fluent in English and proficient with MS Office tools and project/reliability management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Ø Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
