Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hair Faculty to join our team at Wibes Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering theory and practical sessions in various domains of Hairdressing, Hair Treatments, and Hair Styling. The role requires a passion for teaching, strong technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and inspire students to become professional hairstylists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical classes on Haircutting, Coloring, Styling, Treatments, and Hair Care.
• Demonstrate techniques including basic to advanced haircuts, blow-drying, chemical treatments (Keratin, Smoothening, Rebonding, Nanoplastia, Tanino), coloring, highlights, and advanced styling.
• Train students in client consultation, hair analysis, and product knowledge.
• Ensure students follow international hygiene, safety, and professional salon standards.
• Support students during practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.
• Keep updated with latest trends, products, and techniques in the hair industry.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of the Hair Faculty department.
• Provide guidance to students for career growth, internships, and placements.
• Maintain records of student performance and report progress to the Academic Head.
• Occasionally participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities for the Academy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing / Cosmetology from a recognized academy.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in hairdressing, with at least 1 year in training/teaching (preferred).
• Expertise in cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and hair care.
• Strong communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students of different learning levels.
• Up-to-date knowledge of international hair trends, tools, and products.
• Passion for teaching, grooming, and inspiring students to succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
