Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-friendly Gym Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, manage memberships, and support the smooth running of the gym. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members and guests with a positive attitude. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about gym services, membership plans, and schedules. Manage member check-ins and registrations. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area. Process payments, renewals, and new memberships. Schedule appointments for personal training or fitness classes. Address member concerns and escalate issues to management if required. Keep records updated and assist in daily administrative tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, billing software). Pleasant personality, punctual, and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
