Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

- Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve concerns promptly.

- Membership Sales: Achieve sales targets by promoting gym packages, upselling services, and converting walk-ins into members.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, renewals, and cancellations.

- Gym Operations Support: Assist in smooth daily operations, coordinate with trainers, and ensure member satisfaction.

- Administrative Tasks: Handle payments, manage class and personal training bookings, and maintain reports.

- Software Management: Use gym management software for registrations, renewals, and data entry.

- Clean and Organized Front Desk: Maintain a professional and hygienic reception area.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team for long-term success and member retention.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication and computer skills.

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years (preferred experience in gym reception or customer service).

- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentable, confident, proactive, and organized.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and gym software experience.

- Fitness Knowledge: Basic understanding of fitness and gym services will be an added advantage.

- Sales-Oriented: Ability to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
