Guidewire Program Manager/Delivery/CSD

As a Guidewire Program Manager/Delivery Manager, your role involves leading and managing Guidewire projects with a focus on PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Data insights. You will be based in Hyderabad and expected to work from the office. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 12-15 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Duck Creek / Guidewire Policy, OnDemand implementation. - Lead solution design, configuration, extension, customization, and provide post-live support. - Demonstrate expertise in P&C Insurance implementations. - Lead and guide scrum or agile-based teams effectively. - Manage vendors efficiently to ensure project success. - Showcase leadership skills in communication, organization, project management, negotiation, planning, budgeting, and professional development. - Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which is preferred. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of overall work experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Duck Creek / Guidewire Policy, OnDemand implementation. - Strong background in P&C Insurance implementations. - Proven experience in leading scrum or agile teams. - Proficiency in vendor management. - Excellent leadership skills in various aspects of project management.
