Summary-

Lead enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation as the senior techno-functional authority across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter. This leadership role drives end-to-end architecture, cloud migration, solution design and delivery excellence for large P&C insurance implementations.

What youll own-

• Define end-to-end architecture for

  Guidewire Insurance Suite

  , including integrations with upstream/downstream systems and data services.
• Drive solution design: conceptual architecture, component mapping, integration and data flows.
• Build and configure

  Guidewire components using GOSU, PCF, Data Model, Workflows, APD, Integration Gateway and App Events

  .
• Lead cloud upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive reusable components to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Govern engineering standards across security, logging, alerting, CI/CD, performance and integrations.
• Leverage

  Guidewire APIs

  , build migration utilities and ensure compliance with platform standards and SurePath methodology.
• Stay ahead of

  Guidewire Cloud roadmap

  and advise on technology modernization opportunities.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore development teams and provide hands-on guidance during delivery cycles.
• Contribute to presales, RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions with clients.
  

Requirements-

• 15+ years overall experience with

  10+ years in Guidewire implementations.

• Strong P&C insurance

  domain understanding.
• Proven leadership of at least two end-to-end Insurance Suite implementations.
• Cloud upgrade experience and strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on technical depth across Guidewire configuration, integrations and platform engineering.
• Strong experience leading distributed teams in agile environments.
• Guidewire Cloud certification highly preferred.
