Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Guidewire products and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Guidewire implementations Oversee the configuration and customization of Guidewire products to meet business needs Provide expert guidance on the use of Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes Ensure that all Guidewire solutions are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions Provide ongoing support and training to users of Guidewire products Monitor and report on the progress of Guidewire implementation projects Identify and mitigate risks associated with Guidewire implementations Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Qualifications Possess extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Guidewire solutions Show proficiency in business analysis and planning Display knowledge of claim file management is a plus Certifications Required Guidewire Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Show more Show less
