Success in this role means delivering a session that educates, inspires, and empowers students to understand how data is used in real industries. The speaker will help broaden perspectives, clarify career paths, and strengthen the club’s learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, engaging session on a chosen topic related to data, analytics, AI, business, or product.
• Explain concepts with clarity, using real-world examples, case studies, or demos suited for a student audience.
• Interact with students through Q&A, discussion, exercises, or live breakdowns.
• Provide actionable insights about careers, upskilling, internships, and industry expectations.
• Share frameworks, tools, strategies, and thought processes used in modern data-driven roles.
• Offer guidance or mentorship opportunities where possible.
• Align the session flow with DAC’s mission of practical, industry-relevant learning.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or domain-specific tools is appreciated.
