Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Hisar. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries. Additional tasks involve managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage reservations and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Coordination skills to work with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Problem-solving skills to promptly address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
