Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Guest Service Associate in the Housekeeping department at IHG Hotels & Resorts. Based in Jaipur, this role involves ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Responsibilities include managing guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner, restocking hospitality essentials, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to established housekeeping protocols to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Guest Services and Guest Service to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
• Strong Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and preferences effectively
• Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring seamless guest stays
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
