Job Summary:
The F&B Service GSA is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring prompt order taking, serving food & beverages, and maintaining service quality standards. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and assist guests in selecting food and beverages.
Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food & beverages promptly and in the correct sequence.
Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure a pleasant and personalized dining experience for guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
