Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
