Role:
Oversee floor & BAR operations lead the service team, and ensure smooth guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff
Manage table allocations and handle VIP guests
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure adherence to service standards and hygiene policies
Requirements:
1–2 years in a supervisory role in premium hospitality venues
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent guest service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,392.56 per month
