Position: F&B Service Associate / Sr. F&B Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Mussoorie, Uttarakhand
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

About Us:

The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie is a premium eco-friendly resort under The Fern Hotels & Resorts brand, known for its sustainable hospitality and warm guest experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented professionals to join our F&B Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent table service in restaurants and banquets.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve promptly with professionalism.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback effectively.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in F&B Service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Good communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a focus on guest service.
