Position: Tandoor Chef

Location: Mussoorie, Uttarakhand
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie is a premium eco-friendly resort under The Fern Hotels & Resorts brand, known for its sustainable hospitality and exceptional culinary standards. We are looking for a talented and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian and tandoor dishes (breads, kebabs, curries, etc.).
• Ensure proper marination, grilling, and cooking techniques.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the F&B and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Tandoor Commis / DCDP / CDP in a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cuisine.
• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and professional grooming.
