Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Job Description

Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly and professionally. Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations. Taking accurate food and beverage orders. Ensuring guests are satisfied with their service and addressing any concerns. Order Management: Recording orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen or bar. Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously. Table Management: Preparing and setting tables for dining, ensuring they are clean and well-arranged. Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. General Responsibilities: Maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Knowledge of the menu and daily specials. Promoting special menu items and promotions. Understanding and adhering to the hotel's or restaurant's service standards. Assisting with billing and payment. Following all company and safety policies and procedures.
