Job Description

A leading Villa Management Company is looking to hire a Guest Relations Executive.

Candidates should be organized, as well as proactive and communicate well. Experience in hospitality will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the Operations Executive and teams (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
Arrange services such as transport, dining, and activities as requested.
Maintain accurate records of guest details and preferences to provide tailored service.

Salary Range: INR 25000 to INR 28000
