Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Guest Relations Executive, based in Raipur. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive club experience. Responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling bookings, addressing guest concerns, and promoting club memberships and services. The Guest Relations Executive will act as the first point of contact and will maintain professional communication with all visitors and members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and resolve guest concerns efficiently
• Experience with Sales and promoting memberships or services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with using reception or booking systems is preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality, fitness, or sports industry is a plus
