Guest Relation /Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and record messages when necessary.
  • Manage front desk activities, including maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor/contractor passes, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and communicate updates to concerned stakeholders promptly.
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing couriers, emails, and other official communication in an organized and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors and callers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support smooth operations and ensure a seamless visitor experience

Educational Requirement:-

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • MBA (Optional)

Experience

  • 0-4 years of experience
  • Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Aviation is good
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
