The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing high-value commercial transactions, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth plans. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the entire sales process for commercial projects including office spaces, retail units, and showrooms. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, B2B connects, channel partners, and institutional investors. Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, IPCs, and corporate clients. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Coordinate with marketing teams for effective campaign execution and lead conversion. Drive site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and ensure end-to-end client servicing. Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership. Mentor and guide junior sales team members. Desired Candidate Profile : Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial sales Strong knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics, leasing, and transactional structuring. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Engineer to handle project scheduling, DPR monitoring, and material planning for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The role involves preparing time schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between site execution and project milestones. Key Responsibilities Prepare project schedules using Primavera/MS Project and monitor progress against baselines. Collect and consolidate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) from site. Forecast material requirements and coordinate with Purchase for timely availability. Highlight delays, risks, and suggest corrective actions. Provide weekly reports and updates to senior management. Support Contracts/Cost Manager with schedule-related inputs for claims and cost tracking. Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5-8 years experience in Planning & Scheduling for high-rise/commercial projects. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel. Good knowledge of DPR formats, material reconciliation, and project monitoring. Strong communication and coordination skills.
