Senior Architect with 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of architectural designs for commercial, residential, and mixed use projects.

2. Deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions aligned with market trends, client expectations, and business objectives.

3. Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency with the companys strategic goals and brand identity.

5. Research and incorporate new design trends, construction technologies, and sustainable building practices.

6. Oversee the entire architectural project cycle from conceptualization to design development, execution, and handover.

7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.

8. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for timely and cost-effective delivery.

9. Present design proposals and progress reports to clients, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

10. Lead design review meetings, incorporating feedback into final plans.

11. Ensure integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services into architectural plans.

12. Facilitate value engineering without compromising design quality or compliance.

13. Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental standards.

14. Prepare and submit all required documentation for statutory approvals.

15. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction matches design intent and quality benchmarks.

16. Implement best practices in design quality, risk management, and construction oversight. 17. Proactively resolve architectural and technical challenges during the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in architectural design and project leadership within real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related architectural software. Experience in designing and executing high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and modern construction methods. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
