Were Hiring: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Pune – Hinjewadi Phase 3

Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Graduate (Hospitality)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Facility Management or Hospitality Industry

Role Overview:

We are looking for a well-groomed and professional Guest Relations Executive to handle front office operations, guest management, and ensure seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome, assist & guide guests with courtesy and professionalism

Manage reception desk, calls, visitor entries & appointments

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest experience

Handle guest queries & resolve issues promptly

Maintain visitor records, reports & front office documentation

Ensure compliance with grooming, hospitality & safety standards

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Ability to interact with people at all levels
