Job Title: Guest Experience Manager - Location: Remote Monthly Salary: Rs.35,000/- to Rs.45,000/- + incentives. We are growing fast and are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional hospitality at every step of the guest journey! Job Description: We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Guest Experience Manager, your mission is to connect with guests, create relationships and ensuring a seamless and delightful guest journey: from inquiry and booking, through stay, to post-checkout follow-up. The Guest Experience Manager acts as the bridge between guests, on-ground teams, and management, ensuring that operations run smoothly and guest satisfaction remains consistently high. The coordinator should be available on their phone every day from 9:00AM to 9PM to address enquiries and any issues within an hour! Responsibilities: Guest Relations & Communication -Manage all guest interactions across booking platforms, direct channels, and on-site communication. -Provide quick, clear, and empathetic responses to inquiries, special requests, and complaints. -Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to deliver personalized experiences. -Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Team Coordination -Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and property managers to ensure readiness before guest arrivals. -Train and guide staff on guest interaction standards and service etiquette. -Ensure consistency of guest experience across all properties. Operations & Reporting -Maintain and update guest records. -Prepare regular reports on guest satisfaction, reviews, and service improvements. -Assist management in building strategies for higher guest ratings and repeat bookings.   Requirements: - Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken Hindi is a must, fluency in Tamil a plus. - A true passion and experience in hospitality! - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to be available on your phone/computer to answer enquiries within 1h, any time from 9:00AM to 9PM, 6 days a week.   How to Apply: Please fill in the form here to apply: https://forms.gle/5QkLVhXEDcYr7sk27
