Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Guest Relation Executive located in Dehradun. The Guest Relation Executive will handle daily guest interactions, including welcoming guests, managing their check-ins and check-outs, and resolving any inquiries promptly. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, promoting sales of hotel services, and carrying out receptionist duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency for interaction with guests and team members
• Eagerness to take on Receptionist Duties such as handling check-ins, check-outs, and telephone support
• Knowledge or experience in Sales for promoting hotel services and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site role and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior hospitality industry experience preferred but not mandatory
