Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Guest Relation Executive. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with various departments to ensure a pleasant guest experience, managing reservations, and maintaining guest records. Additionally, the role involves effectively communicating with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest record maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
