Job Description

Would have to greet customers with a smile and extend a pleasant warm welcome.
Would have to ensure that customers are offered water, tea-coffee-cold beverage as per SOP, on time.
The GRE needs to ensure that no customer has to wait to meet our sales or post sales executives for a long time.
Would have to attend telephone calls and note the messages for officials working with the company and convey the messages to the same.
Would have to assist in admin facilities like taking care of housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness as well as day to day operations.
Would have to maintain the attendance register, appointment register etc. for marketing office.
Would be expected to carry excellent written and verbal communication skills along with equally sound interpersonal skills.
You would have to ensure efficient response to customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Would have to co-ordinate with other staff members and work as a team.
Would also have to keep record of important letters, invitations, dates of meeting and shall intimate/follow up with the officials.
Would have to co-ordinate for smooth functioning of work related to the office.
Would have to take care of reception and routine work like inward / outward dispatches.
Would have to co-ordinate with head office and all other sites.

Office timing
: 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday & Sunday will be working
