Job Description

Would be responsible for all setting outs and all level finishes survey and their records.
Would be responsible to check the activities at the site.
Monitor Project Progress
Would be responsible for safety & Quality standards
Would have to supervise all civil work, electrical and plumbing coordination work
Would be responsible for recording the daily material usage.
Would also be responsible for forecasting materials usages at site.
Would be responsible for the periodical stock checking and reporting.
Would be required to prepare material indent as per the requirement.
Would be responsible for performing testing and troubleshooting the mechanical & electrical equipment.
Would be responsible for materials wastages and Quantity consumption control
Should have in-depth knowledge of civil + finish project work sequence.
Good knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, ERP/ SAP
Good knowledge of site execution checking
